We had the opportunity to work with Chris Gaur from TeleHealth located at 595 West Hartsdale Avenue, Suite 104 White Plains, NY 10607. We were each provided 2 blood pressure machines & 2 Microsoft tablets. With this equipment our goal was to teach 2 seniors each about how to use the tablet and the blood pressure machine.  This may seem like a simply task but to the seniors it is like learning a new language. We learned to be patience and not get frustrated. Teaching the seniors the technology was not a 1 day thing and took multiple visits. The main goal was within a 7 week period was for the seniors to independently use the equipment with little to no trouble.
